| "Above First Position" will help develop the necessary foundation for the further study of higher positions on the violin. Much of the material focuses on the third position. The other positions (2nd, 4th, and 5th) are equally as important and difficult, but after thorough study of the 3rd, it is much easier to grasp the concepts of the others. This book does not necessarily offer a new approach, but combines well used technical exercises and recreational material in one volume to ease learning the higher positions. Browsing: Along the left hand side of each page on this website, you will find a list of categories to browse. When you select one of these categories, you will be taken to a page that contains a list of items within that category. By clicking on the name of a product, you will be given all of the information specific to that item. You will also be given the option of adding that item to your shopping cart. Shopping: We recommend shopping online, although you can also order by phone, fax or mail if you prefer. To shop online, first add the items you want to your shopping cart. When you have finished adding items to your cart, click on the "Checkout Now" button. You will be asked for shipping information, given a list of shipping options, and asked for payment information. After you have submitted this information, your order will be securely routed to our warehouse where it will be filled. To order by phone, fax or mail, add the items you would like to purchase to your shopping cart. From the shopping cart, click on either the "phone", "fax" or "mail" option. You will be taken to a form that asks for shipping information, gives you your shipping options, and gives you a completed form that you can print and submit to us by fax or mail.
